Stinging Nettles Benefiting your health







Friends,
Every year, around this time, beginning of May, I collect stinging nettles to make tea.  I love the smell and the flavor, and look forward to my fresh warm drink.

Little did I know is that this might be another food I like, which protects me from allergies, as stinging nettles inhibit the body’s ability to produce histamine!
