Join Living Foods Lifestyle® movement

Many people struggle to lose weight or/and stay healthy. However, they are not aware that in order for their efforts to be effective, they need to cleanse, have proper food and follow food combining rules. 
Living Foods Lifestyle® was developed by Dr. Ann Wigmore over three decades of research. Among her many accomplishments, Ann Wigmore was presented with a Recognition Award for work in the field of Youthfulness and for Efforts in Regeneration of Human Cells and Tissues,in 1971.

Living foods are uncooked nutritious foods such as greens, vegetables, fruits, nuts, grains, and sprouted seeds from which salads, cultured food, dehydrated snacks, Rejuvelac, wheatgrass juice, and "Energy Soup" may be prepared. Consuming high-enzyme, chlorophyll-rich and extremely easy to digest food gives our body optimal nourishment, so that it devotes very little energy to the digestive process. This helps the body achieve homeostasis by freeing energy to be used for healing, wellness, and disease prevention.
