Indigestion Battles. Diarrhea, constipation, bloating, cramping, gas

So many people take either over-the-counter medications or baking soda to overcome the indigestion.  However, does this solve or exacerbate the problem?

Why do people have indigestion in the first place?

  1. Is it because, maybe they overate, or
  2. had food combination which their stomach could not handle?
  3. Or maybe, there was food sitting in their stomach, which they consumed before?  So the new food piled up on top of the old undigested food
  4. Or maybe, the food they consumed was devoid of enzymes, and therefore too hard to digest?
  5. Or could it be simply that they didn't chew their food enough
  6. Twisted stomach or spinal misalignment?
  7. clogged colon, effecting the spinal alignment and digestion?

Whichever the reason, the fact remains that the food did not get digested, correct?

Then what the logical next step would be
  1. to aid digestion or
  2. neutralize the digestive juices, which might be causing pain?
The consequences of neutralizing the digestive juices would be
  1. leaving undigested food in your stomach to sit, and maybe ferment and have Candida overgrowth, and eventually going "down the drain".  The least damage it would do is not to provide any nutritional value.
  2. the worst would be getting  all this garbage in your colon, then circulating in your blood and depositing as fat or stones, or Candida making holes in your stomach to travel to other parts of your body
None of it is fun.  Getting  diarrhea, constipation, bloating, cramping, gas, and especially when it becomes every day's affair, is not much fun.

It is up to an individual to act on their problem, as it will not go away on its own.

Dr. Jarvis's teaching comes to mind about an elevator stopping at different floors, as he taught children about our body's ability to better concentrate on one task at a time.
