Benefits Of The Morning Dew

I've been running, exercising, rolling and soaking my hair and face in the morning dew - what a great experience!  

It started as a way to get my body used to cold temperatures.  

However, I realized that there was so much more to it - my whole being absorbing the medicinal properties of the crystalline morning dew, the feeling of being one with nature - something I have to do when I get up early in the morning.
